Travelling Fares provides online travel booking services, acting as an intermediary between you and airlines/travel suppliers. We facilitate the search, comparison, and booking of airline tickets and related travel services.
Flight Data Technology
Our flight search and booking services are powered by the Duffel API, a leading travel technology platform that provides real-time access to airline inventory, pricing, and booking capabilities. This technology enables us to offer accurate flight information, competitive pricing, and seamless booking experiences across hundreds of airlines worldwide.

Agency Relationship
We act as an agent for airlines and travel suppliers. When you make a booking through Travelling Fares, you enter into a contract directly with the airline. We facilitate this transaction but are not a party to the contract between you and the airline. Each airline's terms and conditions, including their Contract of Carriage, apply to your flight.
4Booking Terms & Conditions
4.1 Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email with your e-ticket or booking reference. Until confirmation is received, no contract exists between you and the airline. Payment authorization does not guarantee booking confirmation, as availability may change before processing is complete.
4.2 Accurate Information
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information for all travelers. Passenger names must match government-issued identification exactly. Travelling Fares is not responsible for issues arising from incorrect information provided by you, including denied boarding or additional fees for name corrections.
4.3 Price Validity
Displayed prices are subject to availability and may change at any time before booking confirmation. Flight prices are provided by airlines in real-time and may fluctuate based on demand, inventory, and other factors. Once a booking is confirmed and payment is processed, the price is locked.
4.4 Travel Documents
You are solely responsible for ensuring you have valid travel documents, including passports (with at least 6 months validity for international travel), visas, health certificates, and any other required documentation. Travelling Fares is not liable for denied entry or boarding due to inadequate documentation.
4.5 Schedule Changes
Airlines may change flight schedules, routes, or aircraft at any time. While we make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes, it is your responsibility to verify flight details before travel. We recommend checking your flight status directly with the airline 24-48 hours before departure.
5Pricing, Fees & Payment Terms
Travelling Fares is committed to transparent pricing. This section details all fees, charges, and payment terms associated with our services. Please review this information carefully before making a booking.
5.1 Total Price Components
The total price displayed at checkout includes the following components:

5.2 Service Fees

6User Responsibilities

8Limitation of Liability
Travelling Fares acts as an intermediary between you and airlines. Our liability is limited to the service fees we charge. We are not liable for airline actions including schedule changes, cancellations, or denied boarding.
9Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Travelling Fares, Travelling Fares, and their affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
10Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including logos, trademarks, text, graphics, and software, is the property of Travelling Fares or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
11Prohibited Activities
You may not use our services for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or interfere with the proper operation of our website or services.
